Anchor Enterprises, Inc. is your general contractor, but Herb Heinrichs, Jr. is your personal builder. What does that mean?  Not only do Anchor clients receive the benefit of Herb’s experience on-site, but he is also available to review architectural plans and make recommendations on specific suppliers and construction techniques before and during work. Once construction begins, he visits each project as often as daily to consult with your foreman and personally review work as it progresses.  He also accompanies clients to suppliers to ensure they get the best value on components like plumbing fixtures, tile, carpet, and cabinets.
